Partner
Alexander Morelli is a managing partner at Morelli Law Firm. His practice focuses primarily on complex personal injury, mass tort, labor law, and commercial litigation. Since joining the Firm in 2018, Alexander has been an integral member of litigation teams that have secured more than $150 million in jury verdicts and hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements for his clients.
Alexander has been involved in many of the Firm’s most notable cases, including the representation of: a six-year-old girl (and her family) who was electrocuted at the MGM National Harbor Hotel in Maryland; five family members who were either catastrophically or fatally injured when their SUV was rear ended by a FedEx tractor trailer in Southern Illinois; a young woman who was rendered paralyzed after her car was rear ended by a Frito-Lay tractor trailer in Baltimore; and a $102 million verdict in a Labor Law case against Live Nation, after which, on appeal, the Firm sustained the largest pain and suffering award for a Traumatic Brain Injury in the history of New York State. In addition, Alexander is intricately involved in the Firm’s representation of thousands of women in the talcum powder litigation against Johnson & Johnson.
Alexander is recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers and was selected to the New York Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list.
Prior to joining the Firm, Alexander worked as an associate at a prominent New York City law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Alexander is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
